Tour Description

Indulge your self in a cultural tour that is designed to bring tourists into close contact with an unspoiled land which is home to a vibrant Buddhist way of life.
This tour covers the valley of Thimphu, Paro, Punakha, Wangduephodrang, Gangtey Phobjikha, Trongsa, Bumthang and Trashigang.
In these townships you can discover the spirit of the Bhutanese, as well as visit numerous sacred sites, Dzongs, temples, landmarks, monasteries, markets, farmhouses, schools & museums.
This tour can be flexible. You will be guided by an experienced English speaking tour guide who is licensed by Tourism Council of Bhutan.

Daywise Itinerary

DAY 1

Arrival in Thimphu

Visit National Memorial Chorten and Tachogang Lhakhang Buddhist monastery cum fortress. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
DAY 2

Punakha

A drive towards Punakha via Dochula pass

A visit to Punakha Dzong
DAY 3

Paro

A drive to Paro
DAY 4

Hiking

Hiking up to Taktsang Monastery, also known as ‘Tiger’s Nest’.

A visit to Kyichu Lhakhang
DAY 5

End

Post breakfast head to Paro Airport

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

16 days to prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
15 days to 01 days prior to arrival or no show – 100% of the tour/service cost.

Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
